Elithan Events provides event planning and management services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information related to their events. Elithan Events is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate information provided by the client.

4. Payment and Fees

Clients agree to pay all fees and charges associated with the services provided by Elithan Events. Payment terms will be outlined in the specific agreement for each event. Failure to make timely payments may result in additional fees or cancellation of services.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation policies will be outlined in the specific agreement for each event. Refund policies are at the discretion of Elithan Events and will be outlined in the agreement. Cancellation fees may apply.

6. Liability

Elithan Events is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expenses incurred by clients or attendees during the event. Clients are encouraged to obtain appropriate insurance coverage for their events.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property, including but not limited to event concepts, designs, and materials, created by Elithan Events remains the property of Elithan Events unless otherwise specified in writing.

8. Confidentiality

Elithan Events agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose any sensitive information to third parties without prior written consent.

9. Force Majeure

Elithan Events is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms if such failure or delay is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government restrictions.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nigeria.

11. Changes to Terms

Elithan Events reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients are encouraged to review the terms periodically for changes.
